Very, Very poor customer service and poor management

The ex SAAF member had a function at Blackwoods bup in Centurion last Friday.

The day was very memorable and it was great to see the old faces again.

Our table of 6 put in our orders, these came after a very long wait. The manageress expedited and assisted in bring the food. My order was incorrect ans she said that she will fix it and brimg it to me. She then can with about 5 waiters and asked the who took my order. The waiter that took my order was Prince.

After 1 hour 20 minutes, my food was still outstanding. When I left I spoke to her in the Bar. She didn't respond and only look at me. Very poor customer service. I hope this is not the way Business is done there.
