Utmost filth at Blackwood Guesthouse in Pretoria

We were a group of about 10 colleagues arrived at the guesthouse on 23 April 2021, on our arrival we noticed the filth of the place especially the parking bay. The place looks extremely ***** and the host which is a gentleman is extremely unhelpful. One of the beds had menstrual blood on the mattress, most of the bedding is stained and yet their sheets are white. I honestly doubt that they were washed, we nonetheless checked out of the place the following day as we could not stand the filth of the place. The taps in of the rooms were not working as water never came out, most of the toilets don't have seats on them, the baths are all stained inside. That place needs a major revamp and I therefore don't recommend it for booking into due to the filth and disgusting environment. Unfortunately we couldn't put a review on their website as it doesn't have. The money we paid might have been reasonably cheap but as an establishment l, you cannot book people into filth and expect them to keep quiet about it even when a complaint has been brought forward.
