Refund for a stay I paid for but not allowed to stay

I booked a place on bookings.com on the 14th of June 2025 just after the club closed. I was not allowed to stay at the place as the security told me that I did not pay whereas I had paid online. The following day I attempted to call them, the person on all was so rude and I also left a comment on the bookings.com app and still no response till this day.
