Pathetic Service - NO humanity - all about money

I booked my accommodation through 'Lekkerslaap' and when I got to the venue after 5 the evening, the security gate could not even close due to all the cars that was standing at the facility. MANY men were sitting next to the pool, drinking. How on earth is there any way that a single white woman, can go into a facility like that (not that I could even if I was considering - NO space) and be safe in this country we live in? It would be like walking into a danger zone? I contacted Lekkeslaap. First the Guesthouse told them that I did book in (*****!) and then after I asked proof of me booking in, they told Lekkaslaap that bc I did not show up, there was no refund available. Money *******. NOt even consideration of a 50% backpay. Why would they? They made their money? Please don't ever ever support this place. NOt safe, NOT considerate. NOT even as your last option!
