No Value for Money at Blackwood Guest House

When we booked in we were told that we cannot switch on the Air con as the electricity was low. <br> The was no toilet paper stocked in the bathrooms.<br> Neither the fridge nor microwave worked,<br> When I as well as the 6 other people in the other 3 rooms tried to shower, we experienced shock waves and no hot water.<br> Except for the very bad experience, it was also dangerous.<br> <br> Very very dissapointed
