Disappointed

We had booked 2 family room we even extended our stay. When we got there the first day the fridge n microwave wasn't working in 1room second room was plug point and microwave. When we asked for sheets to be changed nothing was done when we reported to manager he still didn't do anything to make our stay comfortable we was very disappointed
