VERY POOR SERVICE

Poor service. I placed an order on the 21st May, and promised to ship it the following day. I tried to follow up on ***, and there is no answer. I have been since calling this number and there is no answer. This is the only number on their website. I sent them an email to followup on the order, and someone called Gina responded and told me that they don't have stock. I asked when can I expect the delivery or refund, and why are they telling me now? I informed them that the number provided , no one is picking up, and requested a new number? They NEVER RESPONDED. I am starting to ask myself if this is a real company or ****!
