Worst called rugged phone ever

Worst company service and lies about warranties took a phone in because of a charging block how do you break a charging block I don't know 3 weeks later it's not under warranty any more who knows because according to the rugged company it's now a thing about the battery and this and that a warranty is a contract this is because and I don't know why you call it rugged if it doesn't last 6 months please blackview show me wrong or do you just have a bunch of *********** people in centurion
