The worst smar****ch and after-sales!!!!

The worst customer service and after-sales ever. I bought an R3 Pro smar****ch from them and the step counter and heart rate monitor is totally inaccurate. Blackview tested it but after receiving it back from them it is still not working and I have proof on the watch's memory that it wasn't tested properly!!! They claim there is nothing wrong with the watch. Never again!!!! But I see there is a lot of complaints here on HelloPeter. Wish I read these reviews before buying this useless watch!
