Terrible Service

I bought a Blackview BV8800 at the end of May. The supposedly tough screen broke at the end of July after falling out of my pocket. For three weeks before I sent it in I called many times to ensure that the parts were in stock so that I would minimise the time without a phone. Every time I called they said the part was delayed and would be in the office at the end of the week or next week. Eventually on the 17th August I sent the phone in. It is still there on the 27th of September and they told me again today that the parts will arrive at the end of this week or early next week. Everyone I talk to says its not their fault or not their job. Emails go unanswered. It is better to just spend your money elsewhere.
