Same problem again

Again! Not sure if this is my 4th or 5th Blackview but i am sure its the 4th or 5th where first the mic ****s out, followed by battling to make calls followed by speaker failing - Same everytime. Clearly a weakness in these phones. 4 or 5 times can't be a coincidence. My cupboard looks like a blackview graveyard. Won't buy again. Good whilst they last but feels like they are only designed to last so long.
