Poor Service

Doesn't even deserve a single star, but the system does not allow a comment if I don't at least select one star. Handed in my Backview phone for a screen replacement. More than 2 months down the line and the screens are still stuck at Customs. Not impressed with their service at all. No follow up valls to tell you what's going on. I regret ever buying this phone.
