PATHETIC and poor customer service

Worst experience - poor customer service and poor service - I ordered a TAB on the 19th September 2023 till today I have received no Tab they always telling me about customs and the stock is at the airport for checks I do not get this it is almost a month and no TAB! this is pathetic
