Not Satisfied

I bought blackview bv5100 this year,the screen is cracked, i called them to assist with repair of the phone they told me that they dont have parts in south africa, how do you sell your product to people when you know that when they start giving problems you wont be able to assist? i am not happy at all, help me or take your phone back and give me my money back.
