Malfunction Blackview Phone

I bought a BV4900 black for my daughter for Chrismas. 2 weeks went passed and then the phone started to give problems with apps. Whatsup, google, youtube, Snapchat stop working. The Phone strarted to shutdown enery few minutes. It was totally unusable. I made contact with technical support, phone send back, new software uploaded. Received Phone back, the same day software on phone started to mal****ion. Unable to load Whatsup app. After phone was send back again. I ask for a refund, still no reply. Please do not buy this phone from this company, you only will be disappointed. I lost allot of money.
