False advertising and pathetic phone

False advertising and pathetic phone. I had the Blackview Bv8000 Pro, 3 weeks ago it fell in the pool on the top step. it was in about 20cm of water for less than 3 seconds. The same day i had to get it repaired because the phone showed i had ear phones plugged in when i didn't. Now the phone doesn't want to charge at all. I have tested the plug and cable and that is not the problem its the phone. How can you advertise this as a rugged phone when it cant even take a bit of water. Now i have to buy a new phone this weekend. I am telling everyone i know how bad these phones are and i will continue to tell everyone i can. False advertising on these phones. Would love to see if someone comes back to me on this.
