DONT BUY BLACKVIEW PHONES!!

I took my Blackview phone in for repairs as it wasn't charging (even after buying another "Blackview" cable). At the Blackview branch they told me it would take "up to 15 days" to GIVE ME A QUOTE!!! I actually thought they were joking. But they confirm via email to GIVE ME A QUOTE it takes "up to 15 days"!!! Now I know we in Darkest Africa but even this is ridiculous! But I must understand their workshop is inundated. WHY? These are BEST RUGGED phones out there! I haven't even had my Blackview phone ONE YEAR! I dont know what I was thinking when I bought a Blackview .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING ONE IN SOUTH AFRICA! DONT DO IT ! DONT GO THERE!
