Blackview Zero 3G mini not useable.
I ordered the Blackview Zero mini smartphone in August 2018. The phone worked fine, BUT it was incapable of knowing the battery charge state and would suddenly shut down when battery % was 70% or even higher. Despite being sent back and returned twice the problem was never resolved. It is now Mar 2018 and the last communication was on 17 Feb that I must send phone to them at my my own cost and they will then refund me cost less 15% because I did not return within 7 days. I don't know why they collected and returned the phone (they claimed to have "fixed") twice before except perhaps to hope I would just give up and go away and cost of couriers was less than just refunding me for a defunct phone. The second time it was "repaired" the phone was a different phone with exactly the same problem so I can only assume all these model phones are useless.

05 Apr 2018, 14:14I just spoke to Blackview "support" and was told that unless I follow their process "we have reached a dead end" in other words if you buy a dud phone don't expect them to fix it or reimburse you. You will just be required to courier it to their "repair" centre and back again without any repair being effected, now at your own cost because they are losing money due to previous process of paying for courier which must have been bankrupting them.
