Blackview - not so tough

I bought a blackview Pro BV6300. Disappointed, to say the least, for a brand based and advertised on being rugged and drop proof they offer No Warranties on any damage or screen replacements.

I don't believe they trust their own product yet portray it in a way that we must, rather go for Samsung or Apple.

My product shattered after one week, and that came to no surprise to their staff. I had to pay for the screen repair, then I wanted to get a screen cover and protector, which should be unnecessary for this product, and they are not even available.

I am also now dealing with an issue where it loses connection to my sim card. Rendering me without data or reception. I cannot make calls or receive until it finds it again at some point.

I am very frustrated. Never again.

The only thing tough about this phone is the price.
