Blackview - Headaches and Thievery

Ordered 2 watches from them for 309.58 ZAR which they wrongly advertised. A week after I ordered the watches I still haven't received any feedback. Only after contacting them I was informed that the price was wrong and they only then proceeded with correcting the price. When being refunded I was only refunded for one of the watches and also not for the shipping cost. As a big name in the South African retail and online industry one would think they are more capable of handling and rectifying their errors. Overall useless customer service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you are willing to do business with them prepare yourself for constant headaches and begging, to receive your hard earned money back.
