BLACKVIEW FONK KONG *******. This phone was bought in by Blackview "BV8000 Pro" in March 19 and I bought one Aug 19. during look down the phone played up so i returned it to their offices as soon as we could get out again. I was told that the main board is fried and when i asked why they could not tell me but was told he was unsure why they sold me the phone as it was taken off the market needless to say I was asked to leave the phone and they would see if they could fix it but after months i have been told they cannot get spares for it. My question is so now what all i get is sorry we cant help you. The phone should still be under a warranty been under a year from the time it was bought to the time it broke and if it can not be repaired it should be replaced. I'm am extremely unhappy and disappointed in their product and service given in this country. I will not have a good thing to say about Blackview and their service. They are not a rugged phone but are cheap and nasty. i wait a reply
