Blackview - aka a waste of time

I ordered a cellphone - oukitel WP8pro nd recived within 1 working day which i was pleased about.

Once i had sometime with the device i realized that i couldnt have more than one app open at a time else the phone freezes up and closes all apps - sometimes without saving the work done

Once i contacted blackveiw they arranged for a collection of the device for repair, one week went by and although i did my best to contact them - they left me without any answers. Once I finally heard back - the new phone had been "repaired" and I was to arrange for collection of the device that was supposed to be in full working condition. I was told on the 12th day without a mobile device that a courier would be arranged for drop off - I was without a mobile device for a total of 15days and when i approached the company - i WAS SENT A SCREENSHOT of another order claiming that it was mine - that the device had been collected and a waybi number was sent that only worked a day later. r I also feel that i should mention that once i recieved my phone back it was in worse conditon that when i sent it - the cellphone was sent in with 2 scratches on the screen cover (tiny hair line scratches) and was returned with the entire face scratched - with the little packet that i had sent it in beneath the phone.
