Bad aftersales service

I bought a A85 5 months ago, love the phone. Last week the speaker started failing so I took it back for repair under warranty. They informed me that it will take 21 working days to repair. I have to go and buy another phone now to use for work in the meantime because "they are very busy" . Have a look at all the other complaints on Hellopeter, they haven't responded to any of them. I will never support Blackview again.
