ABSOLUTE ******* - BV6300Pro

I bought a blackview BV6300 Pro in July 2022 after visiting the Blackview offices in Centurion. During the sales pitch I was assured of the durability of the phone and multiple examples were used about what kind of trauma the phone can survive. I bought the phone. First of all, I discovered that the phone cannot connect to more than one Bluetooth device simultaneously. I went to the office to replace the screen protector and there were none available and the machine to cut protectors was not functioning. Murphys law.... the following morning I dropped the phone while walking to my car.... the screen is not working anymore even though the glass didn't break. I went to the Blackview office very disappointed because my phone is only 2 1/2 months old and the gentleman just said to me "well anything can break". The staff were so unsympathetic about the situation and told me there is no warranty on the phone. Also proceeded to tell me that the instruction manual states that my child may not use my phone.... which they "could not find" in the manual when I asked them to show me. The phone is definitely not more durable than other phones.... my Samsung phones in the past have survived similar falls without damage.... all I can day that the company makes FALSE promises that they don't follow though with appropriate customer service. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
