Terrible service

I have never ever experienced such bad services in my life. Firstly i went to meadowdale for shopping, thinking that id go try the black steer at meadowdale I ordered my meal , i sat for 25 min, went outside for abit to come back inside and sat for another 30 min, at that stage i felt like getting Mc D’s because I was starving and getting tired of the waiting A few min later(a couple) who had ordered long before me came and requested for their order and were told that the food isnt done yet The lady had asked for blue cheese sauce and it looked terrifying to be quite honest. I have never seen people so upset, the lady whom sat next to me was in her olden ages which i thought was very *********. I got home, note that i was no longer seeking that so called “speciality burger”. I dished my burger to a plate only to take my first bite and realised that the leafes i chewed on was not lettuce nor onion but a piece of paper, i did manage to take photo but cannot attach here I work in customer service myself but i felt extremely bad for some of those clients
