Raw patties at Blacksteer Westwood

I went to order a burger at the Westwood branch. We ordered 2 burgers - one medium and one very well done! I received a raw cold patty and my boyfriend received a medium patty. We attempted to eat the burgers at least the edges but could not and my boyfriend who gets put off by raw meat - got sick and we threw both burgers away.
