Poor service and hair in burger

My family and I visited your Black Steers restaurant at Carnival Mall on Saturday 26 March 2016. We placed an order for 1 x 300 Rump, 1 x ******gland burger and 2 x kids burgers. 20 min after my family received their food and started eating I still didn't receive my 300g Rump. I queried where the food was and I was told another 2 minutes. After 10 minutes of not receiving my food, I went to the counter to cancel the order for the steak. I was offered a discounted price on a take away. How absolutely ridiculous is this? The worst was that my daughter found hair in her food... I have the till slip signed by the owner if you need it. <br> <br> NO BLACK STEERS RESTAURANT WILL EVER SEE ME AND ANYONE I KNOW AGAIN.
