Is this food hygenic?

Black Steer Greenstone. Sunday 20.3.16. <br> My son & I ordered 400gm Pepper Burgers - actually 2 x 200 gm patties.The food was delivered 25 minutes later & my first forkful was a lump of cold burger. The meat was not luke-warm nor tepid - it was COLD. I called the waiter who returned the plate to the kitchen. While waiting for my food to be returned, the manager arrived & apologised. We queried the fact why a well-done burger straight off the grill would be stone cold & he stated that the burgers were pre-cooked & left on a tray until ordered by customers. The patty would then be heated & served. He said that my patties obviously never got heated before serving. He also said that if each patty was cooked when ordered, it would take 20 - 25 minutes to be grilled & they didn't have the time for that. This was how long we had waited anyway. My food was returned & now was luke-warm. I ate half of the first patty & one mouthful of the second - still cold. How long had those half-cooked patties been lying on a tray? Hygenic? I definitely don't think so.<br> So, two pepper burgers, 3 Cokes & R245 later, we had the most disappointing meal & will never return to or promote any Black Steer
