Worst Land Lord ever

Hans Smit,is our landlord for one of the properties in Fairlands.Ever since myself and siblings have been renting here this man has made no efforts to assist us with any issues we encountered with his property.They were pre existing issues that were electrical and it took him 2 months to sort that issue out.We have other issues with his property like for the last week we have had an outage of water and the water pipe system was off and when it came back we started experiencing issues with the toilets where the water was continuously running and making funny noises,we have also had an issue with one of the lights were we have asked him to come but he ignores my sisters and I even suggested that the matter be taken up with the PPRA.He even said that we had gotten his agent in trouble but we tried explaining that we were pleading for help and he never responded to us and thus the reason we contacted them.He has blocked us and we tried calling in private numbers and every time he realises that it’s one of my sisters he drops the phone.Today my other sister attempted to reach out to him and he blatantly said we should fix our own issues and that he will not be coming out.Yet we pay rent every month with no fail.He has been really unprofessional and the worst part is that he is the manager of the blacksmith investments.
