Unsatisfied behavior and business ethics

I was at your testing centre today and i am utterly disgusted at your service.

A little insight into my dealings with your institution. Just over 2 years ago i was there to have my car for roadworthy and it failed due to hand breaking systems. I was offered a retest after i have it fixed. I left and had my hand break issue fixed. Upon returning for the retest it still failed. I then took my car to another institute and it passed flying colours. Thank the all mighty above.

Today i returned with good faith with a different vehicle to your centre. Very friendly service from the ladies behind the counter. I did all the paper work, paid and waited for the test to be done. The test took all of 10 mins to do. While chatting to the examiner after the test he tells me the hand breaking system is not working properly. There is only breaking on the left side of the vehicle. I need to ha e it fixed and come back for a retest. Good all and well. While waiting and chatting to him i tell him aboutvthe vehicle i had there previously and so ironically the same problem comes up. He looks at me and say infront of a witness that he will pass the vehicle and i will receive my roadworthy certificate ok. I go inside again to the lady behind the counter and she tells me there is no roadworthy for my car because of the breaking system that failed. I told her that the examiner said that the car passed the test. When questioning the examiner once again infront of a witness he said that he just said that it passed and he was lying. After a long and lengthy argument he comes back inside threatens to chuck me out of the institute and acusing me of bribing that my car has to pass. When i did no such thing. Then another lady comes from the office abd gets involved and clearly sides with the examiner that threatened me and accused me of bribery and *******ion say that i just have to pay and leave.

I have no problem paying for a service. But its questionable that on two separate occasions the same fault appears and i. Not allowed to see the test results makes it really questionable. While the ladies was busy doing my credit the examiner kept barking through the window at the ladies not to do the credit. The other lady behind the counter kept going in and out of the office with my paper work why i dont know.

Well you have my payment R380 for that was done very poorly. You have insulted me and accused me of many things while at your institute. And it was very clear of all the abnormalities at your business and the method of dealing.

In ending i had no issue with the test and the results, i do however have a issue with the manner your examiner and the senior ladies handled this issue. It clears shows that there is something underhanded going on.

Just to think that i returned to your institution for a second time and to be treated like this again.
