Bad Service, Pathetic Attitude from Poor Supplier

On requesting a quote for cushions to be stuffed, Naushaad gave us a price. When I returned to place the order there was a 25% mark up on the price and that is when the lies started. My wife returned to the store to cancel the transaction. An older man tried to assist and that is when we thought we had reached a compromise. I would supply material for the inners and stuffing from 2 of our existing cushions. Needless to say, R1 200 later with material and stuffing provided, we are in the same position as when we went into the pathetic store. If you only look from the outside it should be a warning to stay away. Filthy attitude . After voicing disappointment that the cushions were flat after a night, they said they would get us pricing for additional stuffing. I tried on several occasions to get the quote but without any return calls. They are dishonest, ***** and do not deserve to be in business. STAY AWAY. Go to China Mall, Oriental Plaza or pay anyone else to do your work. On 6 November my wife received a call from Naushaad's mom, who does not seem to grasp the concept of service. My wife had to on several occasions explain that she was not hard of hearing. This women kept on shouting, was abusive and blaming everybody else. She went as far as telling her they don't need our business. We feel we paid for a job to be done without anything in return.
