MONEY DEDUCTED WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Please help me I signed on a debt review on 8 March 2021 and on the 9th I found that it was not a good decision now they deduct money of which I canceled the contract and they sent me an email to confirm the cancelation m trying to get hold of them no luck. Please help.
