On the 17 of September I received a call from the Department of Economic Development and Tourism asking me if am I on any Learnership program and my answer was no as I was not in any program. They asked me if I have any knowledge of a company called Beproc and Blackfin and I said no as I didn't know it. They said I'm on their Learnership program and they even have a copy of my signed contract I asked for it to be emailed to me and they did. Indeed on tge contract was my ID number, home address and cellphone number and the signature was not mine. Out of rage I immediately emailed Beproc about the matter and they said the contract was submitted by Abdul from Blackfin. The following day I received an email from Abdul asking for my contact details then he called me, asked me to come into their office in Bellville for a way forward. When I got there he offered me the job still under the program that was on the 22 saying I should start on the 27. I worked there for 4 days, on Thursday before knock off time he called me and others who were in the program, he told us that he was under investigation by the Department so all the program funds have been withheld so because of that we should sit at home until he calls us that was on the 30th till date and I've been trying to get a hold of Abdul without any success.
