Then, I was informed my medication was out of stock, only to have them attempt to substitute it with significantly more expensive generics without proper consultation. The pharmacy proceeded to claim from my medical aid for medication I never received, forcing me to physically visit the store to rectify their error. The staff's response was appalling: blatant dismissiveness, rudeness, and a complete refusal to take accountability. They even attempted to push a generic medication at double the price without disclosure, and then canceled the claim without my consent, effectively locking my script. The chaos continued with my repeat prescription. Staff claimed it was my last repeat, despite recent renewal. They couldn't locate the script, offering only vague excuses and a "come back later" approach. After hours of waiting and returning, I was met with more incompetence and a complete lack of responsibility. Adding to the absurdity, they claimed my last repeat was from August 2024, yet they dispensed medication months later, which is ******* for chronic medication. Even after providing evidence of my renewed script, they still couldn't get it right, ultimately telling me to get a new script sent to a different pharmacy.
