Poor/ Terrible service

Had a neon sign done by blackant design for the gaming room at home. I rescheduled twice with blackant design because cabinet guys were still busy with the built-in desks in the gaming room. When I eventually contacted blackant design to bring the sign to install it I still asked when they were free. They agreed to come and set a time. I waited and waited no one rocked up. No messages or calls either. When I contacted blackant I was told they forgot about the date to come in. So I left it. Then after that, they rescheduled and I waited. No one from blackant came. I called and the phone just rang I eventhough my whatsapps were being read by blackant design. It was rescheduled numerous times. When I eventually got hold of someone else at the office they scheduled to come and install it after hours. Firstly the guys drilled two extra holes on the wall that was a problem. Then the neon sign itself had blue tracing letters on with messed up glue. The S on the sign didn't even work. So I contacted the company again they said they would come fix the sign. The person I dealt with at the blackant sign just plainly ignored us . For example, he would set a time at 9 am then doesn't rock up and unreachable. When I eventually got hold of him the evening he was in a different town doing other company jobs.

I understand that my sign was for personal use at home but shouldn't I also get professional service?. I tried speaking to the guy and he refused to listen. I get this company gets more business doing gyms, hotels, and big businesses. But why take on business from individuals and underperform.

I'm still unhappy with the service
