08 April 2020 I ordered FFP2 N95 respiratory mask through Blackalot company. I’ve paid the amount of R29150.00 for 50 boxes of masks. I got a response from Blackalot saying that they will deliver in 7 days. 7 days went passed, I phoned Blackalot and I was told that my order was cancelled on the same day I received an email 22 April 2020 saying that I must furnish them with my banking details and refund will be done. Reason for canceling my order was that there was a price increase from the supplier. 25 April 2020 I got a message from Blackalot saying that they haven’t received my money therefore they are not able to pay me excuse was it’s a long weekend.I’ll get the refund.Tuesday. I waited and nothing happened. On the 07 may was told I was too impatient they will get back to me. Blackalot further asked for 7 more days to do the payment till today I haven’t received my money,I got a message this morning saying they are asking for more days to do the payment. It is now July and I haven’t heard from them
