Unauthorised debit order

<p>Good day</p> <p>Please kindly assist me. There is a company that is debiting on my bank account. I don’t remember having any agreement with them. I just got an sms saying “Welcome to blacktie rewards, you will be debited R129 on the301016 of which indeed they have debited. I don’t know how or who gave them my banking details. They mentioned their customer care number ********** 860 and their websitewww.blacktierewardsvouchers.co.za.Of which when I call their customer number there is no one answering the call. I feel ****** and not respected.I have a right to agree or not to agree on anything concerning me and my bank details.because there was no agreement or whatsoever, and I don’t even know what is this all about. Please kindly help me .I want this people to leave my money in my bank account with peace, I don’t need any unauthorised debits from them, for the services that I don’t even know or ever received it. Thank you.</p>
