Bad service, doesn't care

I rented 6 suits from them for a wedding. From the get go the staff were very slack.<br> <br> We were told to pick up the suits the morning of the wedding, luckily we had more common sense and went for a fitting the day before.<br> <br> When we got there, only 2 out of the 6 suits were the correct measurements. We asked them to do the fittings again and then got the answer that they didn't have the right sizes for 3 of the suits. It then became clear that they rented out the suits we tried on initially to other customers!! <br> <br> This is not the type of things you want to worry about before your wedding. Not once throughout this whole ordeal did the manager/owner apologise to us!<br> <br> Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
