Bad service bad Attitude bad everything !!!!

I rented waistcoats and trousers for my wedding, the order was captured on the computer and all went well, then I re-order the complete order for a re-shoot, how ease is that it is on the system. I send my mother to collect the order and pay ( R 1000 ) we ended up with the wrong waistcoats wrong trousers, it was way to small and not even the right design, to top all of that some off the buttons were off on the waistcoats, I ask you is this the service you would like to receive for your big day photo shoot, and when we went back all was our fault !! not even a sorry we are not able to perform a simple task and made you pay for the wrong clothes !! Just its my fault !!! I?m very very disappointed I will never revere anyone there or go there my self ever again !!!!
