Terrible service received from Parkrand Store

<p>This is the second time we have sat down to eat at Black Steers in parkrand, the first time we bought a buy 1 get 1 free special, where we received 4 undercooked burgers - I am pregnant and only realised after eating half way that it was raw.</p> <p>We went last night for the Hake Special, and the waiter first got our drinks order wrong, then we ordered 2 Hake Specials, as we bought the coupon system, buy 1 hake and get 1 free, so we asked for 2 specials, and only received one. He then thanked us when my husband said he wont order the other one.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are not happy with this terrible service.</p>
