Poor Quality Food

I am rarely a critic of anything in life but the food that was served at black steer panorama was really bad, yesterday Sunday the 28th of January my brother and i ordered 3 burgers and 3 packets of chips, The burgers were all R60 each and the packet of chips where R16 each and the poor quality of food has forced my hand to write this review .. First of all when we got our burgers it resembles nothing like on the menu,far from it .. The beef patties used are frozen and all mushy something resembling cat food and the taste wasn't beefy at all, the lettuce and the cucumbers are over cut really big and the chips are frozen before being made as well and has a bad oily taste that sits on your chest heavily after you digest it, i think we could make better burgers on a braai at home... i think black steer is a farce and no wonder the store itself is always so empty, The Manager at the front also needs to learn how to smile and be more friendly ..
