Awful service

My colleagues and I went to Black Steer at Meadowdale Centre in Edenvale for lunch. We were looking forward to having their burgers (we were so famished). We ordered 3 burgers and chips and sat down with our drinks. After 30min, our food had still not come to us. My colleagues went to enquire why 3 burgers were taking so long, were they still slaughtering the ****** *** or what? We found out that the lady at the counter had FORGOTTEN to put our order through. How do you forget customers that are sitting right in front of you? We cancelled the order.

What kind of service is this? What happend to customer care? They had a lady outside handing out flyers,trying to lure people in by enticing them with their special - understandable cause clearly business is not that great and I'm certain it's from the bad service.

Black Steer, re-train your staff. They are way too complacent.
