Outstanding debt for over 5 years

I produced a pilot for a feature film - The Whale Caller in April 2012 and was NOT only promised to work on producing the main feature but to be paid ( which was a VERY discounted rate to assist in the production) .I am still owed over R10,000 since then.... and the film is out and I was not asked to work on its production. The film was made with a budget of at least R 6 million and was funded by the NRVF,DTI,Dept of Arts and Culture etc . Sterkinekor distributed the film
