Hi all please be careful when using the electronic rollett table at Black Rock Casino in Newcastle. Last night I went from R200 to just over R400. After skipping a few rounds I tried to bet again on black even numbers and increased the lot size to 25. The machine basically got stuck. Don't know if this can be done deliberately by the casino when they realize payout is imminent. Although the winnings is a small amount by casino standards I feel hard done by. I called management, a Mr Van the Walt I think his name is and explained what happened. I told him to have a look at the CCTV footage. He is the must useless unhelpful individual I've ever met. Not only did he not want to look at the footage but instead called the security manager, Jason. At this point I was totally embarrassed as other patrents were starting to stare. Jason also did not want to look at the CCTV footage. At this point I understood the I was fighting a losing battle and left the Casino. Please people stay away from this place. When you are losing your money there is no problem but apparently winning is a no no and this casino will take your money by hook or by *****.
