Black rock buffet sucks big time!!!!!

The absolute worst Saturday night buffet! The worst dining experience we have had in quite a while. The service was not bad. But the food!!!!! It was expensive the night cost us R1200 and the food was **********. We did not want to complain then and there because we felt sorry for the staff that worked the night and we know that the buffet has a hotel manager that is responsible. We email after the experience. And we had the most rude non sensical response from the food and beverage manager. This is a lesson on how not to treat customers. Please save your money and rather buy food from a vendor next to the street your experience will be better.
