So upset with this Black Perfect Hair company

Black perfect hair is ******** people for this money. I ordered hair 09 November and paid and also sent my Proof of payment to sales lady Aviva. I have been following up since then till this day she gives me excuses and I have asked her to refund me since they not giving me what I ordered. 15 November I sent an email to sales09@black perfect.com. I have not received a response from them. Today it is the 22nd of November and there is still no hair and no refund.
