Horrible service and *****s

I orded hair from Carmen via whatsapp on 11 June 2020. She send me the wrong order which I returned a week later and have waiting for my new hair ever since. She is a croock and is refusing to send back my money. Yesterday she promised to send it back to and has not and as usual is not answerung my whatsapps now. She owes me R1425 in total.

Fed up customer! I will never buy ftom Best beauty investment Pty (Ltd) or recommend anyone to them ever again!!
