Very unsatisfied

Please beware anyone who opts for the diy option of installing your own “ready made” cupboards. I have no experience with their installation services but I do NOT think that they should be offering the diy option. We ordered kitchen and scullery cupboards as well as bedroom cupboards for 4 rooms, a big order. No one came out to measure the rooms. We had a couple of delays and when the cupboards started arriving they got dropped off in a pile with no instructions and no markings on any of the pieces. Only a simple drawing of the layout of the kitchen. This was not what we were promised. Multiple cupboards were incorrect and bedroom cupboards were different depths and missing pieces. Over months of trying to sort out the order contact from their side was very limited and we had to phone and phone (mostly with no response or excuses) to get any answers. We eventually had to hire a carpenter to sort out the mess and cut and fix the cupboards to get them to fit. The diy option is not a realistic option for someone who doesn’t have carpentry skills and woodwork machinery. I would not recommend them to anyone.
