Black Opel complaint

I have a Truworths account I made a purchase on the 16/02/21 for a Black Opel Foundation R317 on the 20/02/21 I went back to the store to make an exchange the foundation did not suit my skin colour it was too light. I was assisted by an Indian lady and Indian Manager they took my details asked to call me regarding the exchange they want to enquir from Black Opel. I have emailed customer service for a follow up they said the query was escalated. I have not receive my Black Opel suitable Foundation till today or any call from them. As I need to use it.

Today 11/03/21 feed back I got from the Truworths manager after waiting for 2week and days was that unfortunately Black Opel cannot exchange the product because it was Opened. Yes it was open how would I knew that the product is not good for skin colour if it was not open. I need a new foundation not that light one. this matter was not resolved accordingly I still need to change that foundation I do not want it.
