Black Marlin distributes sub standard cycling equipment with no after sales support

I purchased a bicycle power meter less than a year ago, which subsequently has stopped working. The local bicycle shop referred me to the local distributor Black Marlin Distribution. They have indicated despite it still advertised everywhere on their platforms that they are no longer the agent and deny any form of responsibility. the only assistance they are willing to provide is a what's app support number of the OEM. the support number offered very limited assistance and has subsequently just refused to answer so has Black Marlin Distribution. Even if they are not the distributor now at the time I purchased the product they were indeed the distributor ,as such solely Black Marlin profited at my expense selling a woefully in adequate product.

I now sit with a product that I spent a fair amount of money on, that I can basically throw in the bin.

I would stay away from any product distributed from Black Marlin
